Merriann, Registered Dental Hygienist
Merriann was born and raised in Dallas. She attended Baylor College of Dentistry and received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2005. She realized at a young age she always remembered people by their smile and she knew she would have a career in dentistry when she was in high school. She loves caring for her patients and always strives to do her best work on every patient.
When she is not practicing dental hygiene you can find her at a sporting event for her children or for herself. She and her Pittsburgh, PA native husband like to travel and take a yearly summer beach trip with their 2 sons and a daughter. She is always training for her next triathlon, marathon or century bike ride. Next time you’re in the office ask her what she is training for now!
Jana, Registered Dental Hygienist
Dentistry has been life-changing for Jana, who has undergone dental treatment in the past. It is very meaningful for her to help others through that same experience. Her favorite part about working in dentistry is helping people in a meaningful way. Jana says, “It’s not just about treating teeth, it’s about building trust, helping patients feel at ease, and seeing the confidence that comes with a healthy smile.”
As a dental hygienist, Jana focuses on preventive care and patient education. She provides different dental therapies, takes X-rays, assesses gum health, and helps patients understand not only their oral health but also how to take care of it at home. Jana takes special care to help those who experience dental anxiety or nervousness feel comfortable.
When she is not in the office, Jana enjoys activities that help her unwind and stay balanced. She likes going on walks, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants (she’s a coffee connoisseur!), spending time with friends, and cooking at home.
Jennifer, Registered Dental Assistant
Jennifer’s favorite part about working in dentistry is helping people smile. She loves it when someone says, “I never smile,” and then at the end of treatment, all they do is smile. Her duties in the office include assisting the doctor, taking X-rays and photos, making sure patients are comfortable, taking blood pressure and medical history, and providing post-op instructions.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys live music, visiting with friends, reading, arts and crafts, and travel.
Samantha, Registered Dental Assistant
Samantha loves being able to connect with people, helping them feel more confident about their smiles. She finds it rewarding to see patients come in nervous and leave feeling comfortable and cared for. Samantha also enjoys being part of a team that makes a positive difference in people’s lives every day.
As a dental assistant, Samantha helps create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. She assists during procedures, keeps things running smoothly, and makes sure patients feel relaxed, informed, and, most importantly, cared for.
Outside of work, Samantha loves traveling, spending time with her family, and staying active at the gym. She enjoys keeping a good balance between fun, fitness, and quality time with loved ones.
Allison, Business Coordinator
Allison loves to help patients transform their lives and smiles, improving self-confidence, emotional health, and quality of life. She enjoys building trust and lasting relationships with a patient-centered approach focusing on communication, empathy, and personalized care.
As Business Coordinator, Allison sets the tone for a warm, welcoming, and organized first impression. She manages the
schedule and provides excellent customer service. Serving as a
vital link between patients and clinical staff is an integral role in ensuring organized daily operations.
Outside of work, Allison loves to travel with her husband Jim to tropical destinations where they enjoy the beaches and scenery. Aruba & St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, are two of their favorites. She also enjoys spending time with family, including seven nieces and nephews, and friends.
