This approach allows us to provide personalized care without being restricted by insurance networks. It means we can co-create a treatment plan with you that’s based on your actual needs, long-term goals and solutions, not what an insurance company says is “covered.”
How it works:
- Payment is due at the time of service. We’ll always inform you of the cost in advance so there are no surprises.
- We’ll file your insurance claim for you. As a courtesy, we submit all the necessary forms and documentation to your insurance company on your behalf.
- You are reimbursed directly. Your dental insurance will send any reimbursement directly to you based on your out-of-network benefits.
- We’re also happy to discuss flexible payment arrangements if needed.
